Every cut goes into the smoker overnight. Low heat, real wood, no rushing. Rushed meat is bad meat — and bad meat is embarrassing.

What began as small experiments slowly turned into something we genuinely believed in. "5 Minds, 1 Flame" is really just us — five different people bringing our own ideas, but coming together over one fire. Everything we serve comes from that same shared passion and the hours we've put in behind the scenes.
The brisket here is unreal. 16 hours of smoking and you can taste every single one of them. Nothing like this in Kozhikode. Nothing even close.
Went for the Brisket Bun and stayed for three more orders. The smoke ring on the brisket was perfect. These guys actually know what they're doing.
